Arizona's Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) oversees workers' compensation claims. Arizona uses a "no-fault" system -- you receive benefits regardless of who caused the accident.
What to do if you're hurt at work:- Report the injury to your employer immediately.
- Seek medical treatment.
- Your employer should file a claim with their insurance carrier.
- Nearly all Arizona employers must carry workers' compensation insurance.
- Benefits cover medical treatment and lost wages.
