Workers' Compensation

The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission handles claims.

1. Report the injury to your employer immediately.

3. File a claim with the Commission if benefits are denied.

Oklahoma does not have a state disability insurance program. Apply through federal SSDI/SSI.
