Workers' Compensation

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division under the Department of Consumer and Business Services handles claims.

What to do if you're hurt at work:
  1. Report the injury to your employer within 90 days.
  2. Seek medical treatment -- you may choose your own attending physician.
  3. File a claim (Form 801) with your employer.

State Disability Programs

Oregon does not have a traditional state disability insurance program but has Oregon Paid Leave (started 2023).
