Workers' Compensation
The Utah Labor Commission, Division of Industrial Accidents handles workers' comp claims.
What to do if you're hurt at work:- Report the injury to your employer immediately.
- Seek medical treatment.
- File a claim if benefits are denied.
- Notify your employer as soon as possible.
- File a formal claim within 1 year (certain exceptions extend to 6 years).

State Disability Programs
Utah does not have a state disability insurance program. Apply through federal SSDI/SSI.
