Workers' Compensation

What to do if you're hurt at work:
  1. Report the injury to your employer as soon as possible.

State Disability Programs

Virginia does not have a state disability insurance program. Apply through federal SSDI/SSI.


Medicaid

Virginia Medicaid is administered by the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).
