Workers' Compensation
Wyoming Workers' Compensation is a state-run monopoly fund administered by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, Workers' Safety and Compensation Division. What to do if you're hurt at work:- Report the injury to your employer immediately.
- Seek medical treatment.
- File a Report of Injury with the Division.
- Report the injury as soon as possible.
- File a formal claim within 1 year.
- Wyoming is a state-fund state -- all employers obtain coverage through the state fund.
- Benefits include medical care, temporary total disability, permanent partial/total disability, and death benefits.
- Temporary total disability pays 66 2/3% of monthly wage.

State Disability Programs
Wyoming does not have a state disability insurance program. Apply through federal SSDI/SSI.
Medicaid
Wyoming Medicaid is administered by the Department of Health.
